Grouped by what was asked, not by session, so the gap is readable in one pass.
What it does
This is the shortest route to knowing what your product fails to explain. A question asked eighty times that your sources cannot answer is a content gap, and it is usually a cheaper fix than anything else on the list.
- Groups what was asked, so a repeated question reads as one line rather than eighty
- Shows which source each answer came from, or that none covered it
- Surfaces the content gap as an insight with an add-a-source control attached
- Carries thumbs up and thumbs down from your own users as a quality signal
How it works
- The agent answers from your sourcesEvery answer is grounded in material you approved, so what a conversation record shows is the state of your own documentation, not a model's general knowledge.
- Questions are clusteredThe same question asked in different words is one row. A list ordered by session would need somebody to read it all week to reach the same conclusion.
- Gaps become an actionA cluster your sources cannot answer becomes an insight with a control that opens the Train page, because the fix for a content gap is content.
