How do I get started?

Press Get started free. ARCY builds a demo from your own site with sample numbers, and a short call with an ARCY founder opens Development, Production and checkout. On the call we install the script, connect your Sources and put the first specialist live. From there the dashboard shows where your users stop, and each specialist's Goal rate shows how often its goal is reached.

What if it does not work for us?

Accepted Answer

You get your money back. Every plan carries a 30-day money-back guarantee: if ARCY has not shown you something worth paying for within 30 days of your first payment, we refund that payment in full. It runs once per organization, counted from the start of your first paid period.

Question 3

How do the plan limits work?

Accepted Answer

AI credits and tracked events are monthly allowances. They refill at the start of each billing period, on the same date you are charged. Flows, seats and training sources are standing ceilings: they do not refill, they are simply how many you can have at once. Raw event history is a window: how far back your own event data stays queryable.

How is an AI credit measured?

Accepted Answer

Every model call is measured after it runs, on the tokens it actually used, and charged to your pool in credits. A heavier request spends more, and every button shows an estimate before you click. When the pool is empty ARCY stops until your next period. Nothing is ever billed on top.

Question 5

What happens if I use more than my plan includes? Can I get a surprise bill?

No. There is no overage, and nothing is ever charged beyond your fixed monthly price. When a monthly allowance runs out, the agent your users talk to goes quiet until the next billing period, or until you move up a plan.

What do I actually get on a bigger plan?

Accepted Answer

A ladder of capabilities, not only bigger numbers. Core runs the whole agent in your Product: the agentic chat, the WhatsApp Channel, Conversations, Knowledge, Persona, your attributes, events and endpoints, Bring Your Own Data and one Insight a month. Pro adds Flows: builder, templates, startFlow, flow funnel, generate_flows; All Insights, with Look now on demand; Person and Organization summaries; Struggle surfaces. Max adds Specialists: Experiments, Splits, Frequency limit, Races, Goal rate, Reports, generate_specialists. Credits, seats and tracked events grow with each plan, and the ARCY watermark comes off the chat bar above Core. Nothing you built is lost on a change of plan.

What counts as a training source?

One source is one thing you point ARCY at: a crawled site, an uploaded file, or a block of pasted text. A crawled site counts as one source regardless of how many pages it indexes, up to 2,000 pages, indexed 1,000 at a time.

Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately, and the bigger allowance is available right away. You can move down or cancel anytime from Settings > Billing; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

What are Flows?

Accepted Answer

A Flow is a step-by-step in-app action you author in the dashboard, for example creating a new invoice in an expense-management product. The agent offers a relevant Flow as a shortcut in chat and acts on behalf of the user through it.

Can we bring our own model key?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on Max by request and on Enterprise as standard: tell us during onboarding and we set it up. On Core and Pro the AI runs on ARCY's own models, and that cost is already in the price.

We are not a B2B SaaS. Can ARCY still work for us?

Accepted Answer

Yes. ARCY drops into any web app with users, whatever it is built with, and it learns from your own content and from the behavior in your product.
